At the glamorous New World Stages in New York City, a wonderful event took place with start-up junkies, marketers, brand managers, enthusiasts and online personalities alike. Social Media Jungle: NYC was a huge success! I had a wonderful time speaking to the audience about the power of measuring social media efforts based on several potential models of ROI, including return on brand investment (ROBI) and return on consumer investment (ROCI).
